NCMPR is headed by a Director who is responsible to Rector Bahria University for overall research and administrative activities of the Center. It is divided into Research and Resource wings. The Research Wing consists of distinguished research fellows, analysts and scholars with varied maritime backgrounds. The Resource Wing comprises a research library, Internet/Web casting cell, outreach cell and publications cell.
