Update on 8^th Convocation 2012

• 8^th convocation ceremony of Bahria University Karachi Campus is being held on 29^th January 2012 at Campus Premises. Graduates, who have recently registered themselves, are eligible to attend the convocation ceremony.

• Rehearsals will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, 28^th January 2012 at Bahria University Karachi. Your presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for attending the convocation. Please bring your admit slip which is issued by the Deputy Director office.

• Dress for the rehearsals and convocation ceremony will be lounge suite / National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e. jeans, joggers, slippers and T-shirts) are strictly prohibited.

• Graduating students are permitted to invite only two guests as per information provided on the registration form.

• Invitation cards for the parents / guests will be issued to the graduates upon completion of the rehearsals on 28^th January 2012.

• For your convenience, robes/gowns will be provided on rental basis @Rs. 350/- (for 48 hours only) with security deposit of Rs. 1000/- (refundable) through collection point being arranged at the Bahria University Karachi. Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return his / her robe/gown. Please note that no graduate will be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony without robe/gown.

• Please advise your guests to bring their CNIC. No individual will be allowed to enter the Bahria University Karachi without showing his/her original CNIC with invitation card.

• Cell phones are NOT allowed
