HRM Society is organizing HR Symposium on June 3. The Symposium aims to create a pool of knowledge by inviting experienced guests from corporate sector, other schools and media correspondents.

THEME OF HR SYMPOSIUM
 
It has long been observed that the Human Resource of an organization is of utmost importance. If you look at the list of successful companies, the success factor for most companies will be its employees. On the other hand if you look at the list of failures, again the failure factor for many companies would turn out to be its employees.

So this potential of employees to affect an organization’s performance should be recognized. Business Schools all over the world are also putting their efforts to produce good quality Human Resources. Keeping this in view the Human Resource Society of BAHRIA UNIVERSTY, Karachi Campus is organizing a Human Resource Symposium to impart relevant knowledge, to develop and refine skills and groom our students so that in future they can make a place for themselves in the corporate world.
