Modeling of Biological Networks

Protein-Protein interaction networks, signal transduction networks, biological pathways (metabolic), gene regulatory networks are few biological networks. These biological networks are being transformed in directed or undirected graphs for knowledge extraction. We are studying Gene Regulatory networks for bacterial organisms like E. Coli and Vibrio Cholera. The study will expand in the following directions:

• Dynamics of gene regulatory networks in prokaryotes.
• Modeling of microarray data to gene regulatory networks, like linear model or non linear models.
• Mining information from these networks.
